Himayat-i-Islam Higher Secondary School
Himayat-i-Islam School was established in 1982 as a primary school. It was upgraded as Secondary School in 1986. Initially institution was Urdu medium school. In 1999 medium of instruction was changed by visionary educationist Late Prof. Dr. Syed Aman Ullah Shah (Ph.D. Chemistry). Now it is completely an English medium school. The institution introduced higher secondary classes for girls in 1989. In 1996, Himayat-i-Islam Higher Secondary School for Girls emerged as a separate entity as per the requirement of education department. It was named as Degree College for Girls, Multan Road, Lahore. At present following blocks are functioning in the institute:
